The unfinished taste left by his excellent 12 "" Ancient Land "(Sacred Bones, 2011), made ​​this new delivery of the duo being warmly received, at least by the more recalcitrant followers of them. In "Awe" is seen an evolution in the music, which explores some land that had not been covered so far in his discography. Experiments like "We are gonna die" and "Mountaintop" plus other singles belongs entirely to a stoner-psych sound of The Holydrug Couple. The psychedelic sensitivity music seems to have been accentuated, creating moments of constant enjoyment listening. Proof of this are songs like "Long Rain" and "Clouds", two long volatile and seductive jams that comes to what is eventually one of the best chilean releases of 2011.
